Itinerary:


Day 1 - Spokane
Your adventure begins in Spokane, Washington. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel by shuttle. Meet your local tour director who will assist with hotel check in and provide daily information.

Day 2 - Wallace-Missoula
This morning, depart Spokane and enter Idaho. Arrive in the historic mining town of Wallace, Idaho, famous as the “Silver Capital of the World.” Every building, in this town, is listed on the National Historic Register so there is something to spark fond memories around every corner. Enjoy the Sierra Silver Mine tour, a unique experience as you travel into the underground world of mining in the richest silver district on earth. Enjoy lunch before continuing to Montana. Arrive at the Smokejumpers Base Aerial Fire Depot near Missoula for touring. The small museum includes dioramas, historical photographs, and artifacts relating to the history of Forest Service Smoke Jumpers. Later, arrive at your hotel in Missoula, dinner is included this evening. (B/L/D)

Day 3 - Big Fork-Flathead River-Glacier
Depart Missoula this morning and travel north through “Big Sky Country” and along the shores of Flathead Lake on your way to the town of Big Fork. Big Fork, the “Village by the Bay” is home to wonderful art galleries and restaurants that you may visit on your own. This afternoon, begin your Glacier experience on a relaxing raft trip on the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. Starting from West Glacier, pass through a walled canyon and see where the Middle and North Forks of the Flathead come together to form the southern tip of Glacier National Park. After this fun experience, travel to East Glacier for a two-night stay at historic Glacier Park Lodge. If time allows, visit Two Medicine area and take a short hike to Running Eagle Falls. Your evening is free at the Lodge. (B)

Day 4 - Many Glacier
Today, you will take in the grandeur of Glacier National Park "The Crown of the Continent,” as you take a scenic drive to Many Glacier Hotel. This Swiss style lodge was constructed in 1915 and is now a National Historic Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Take a ride on the sightseeing boat "Chief Two Guns" for a cruise on Swiftcurrent Lake, then take a short 300- yard walk over the hill to Lake Josephine. Here the "Morning Eagle" awaits your arrival for a cruise on this pristine lake. Your guide will assist with additional optional activities such as horseback riding, fishing, jeep tours, canoeing, etc. Later in the day, return to Glacier Park Lodge for overnight. (B)

Day 5 - Going to the Sun
Today, experience Glacier National Park as you travel the world famous Going to the Sun Road. First, travel to St. Mary. Here you will board vintage Red Bus “Jammer” Touring Cars for a 52-mile drive that crests the Continental Divide at Logan Pass. There will be time at the apex, Logan Pass, to explore the visitors center and take a short walk along the scenic trails. Descend into the western side of the park on your way to Lake McDonald Lodge. Enjoy some free time to explore and have lunch on your own. Optional boat cruises on Lake McDonald are available. In the afternoon, travel to the small town of Kalispell and your hotel with the evening free. (B)

Day 6-Silver Mountain-Coeur d’Alene
After breakfast, depart and travel west returning to Idaho. Arrive at Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg and enjoy a scenic gondola ride to the top of Silver Mountain. At 3.1 miles from the bottom to the top, this is North America's longest gondola. Soak in the fresh mountain air and natural beauty before returning to the bottom where lunch awaits. Continue west and enter the Coeur d’Alene Nation for an overnight stay at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort. Enjoy some free time to relax and take advantage of the many activities and amenities offered at the resort. Later, join the group for a memorable farewell dinner that includes a cultural experience with Tribal Members who will share their stories, music and dance. (B/L/D)

Day 7 - Spokane
Head home this morning from your “Big Sky Country” adventure. (B)

$1,150.00 per person is nonrefundable. Cancel on or after May 31, 2021 and the entire tour is nonrefundable unless supplier(s) provide a refund.
